Refund and Ticketing Policy

We understand that life happens and want your experience to be as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

To help, we’ve crafted a clear and flexible ticketing policy:

Free Look Period

Guests can cancel their purchase before January 15th, 2025 during our “Free Look” period for a 100% refund. This period allows you to book with confidence while ensuring flexibility.

Worry-Free Option

For added peace of mind, you can purchase our “Worry Free” option at the time of booking or during the Free Look period. This allows you to cancel for any reason before June 14th, 2025 and you will receive a 90% refund.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the event is canceled for any reason including weather, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.

Digital Tickets

All guests will receive their digital tickets 30 days prior to the vacation.
